In 1966-1971 he taught Arabic in Tiberias, Kfar Saba and Tel Aviv. In 1970-1980 he worked in the Archive for the History of the Jewish People in Jerusalem. There is also a workshop in 1976-1977 a pilot study Ladino Hebrew University. It also served as ExecutiveTel Aviv Foundation for Literature and Art and member of the editorial "Newspaper 77" (1984-1986). Member of Kibbutz Gaash since 1979.
The first poem was published in the journal battle. For years he has written six volumes of poetry in Hebrew, and translate into foreign languages (including English, Spanish, Catalan, Turkish and Ladino). His father received an honorable mention literary contest in Las Palmas, Spain, won the Prime Minister's Prize for 2007 and Nissan Harpaz Poetry Award for 2012.
